The urban heat island (UHI) is mostly due to urbanization. This phenomenon in concert with the high temperatures caused by global climate change may profoundly affect human thermal comfort, which can influence productivity and morbidity especially spring/summer period. main objective of this investigation was determine changes degree comfort Mexico City’s inhabitants compare it physiological equivalent temperature (PET) evaluate whether PET its categorization are adequate be applied City. A series microclimatological measurements estimate were made at four sites including city’s center.
